I know in this business people are very quick to criticize and complain.  Ideally those same people are just as quick to offer a note of thanks when a job is done well.  That's the purpose of this email.  I just wanted to say thanks for hooking us up with Kim.  She's top notch and did a fantastic job getting the postponement on the (seller) file this morning.  This was a quintessential eleventh hour transaction.  I was dealing with her on Friday night (late for her due to the time differential) and I know she was working on Saturday all to try to get the sale due this morning postponed.  I know you referred the file to her and wanted to give you some feedback from my perspective and from that of my client.  Please relay my thoughts to your boss (sorry, I forgot her name) and let her know what a bang-up job Kim did.
