Step 2: Download "Homeowner Short Sale Submission Package" for Your Seller

 

Give this package to your seller as soon as possible so they may begin to gather the required support documentation. LMN negotiators will communicate directly with seller and assist with the hardship letter and the gathering of initial and ongoing documents throughout the process.

Step 3: Upload Completed Short Sale Package

After completing the submission package and gathering the required documents from the seller, complete the submission process by uploading the file here: Upload Completed File
