Bank Short Sale Packages

 

Step 1: Complete Online Application Form

 

Be sure you have already completed the online short sale application form first. If not, please click:  “Application Form" 

 

This application must be completed for every client.  Please note on the application if there is a pending Trust Sale Date.  If the online application is not completed, your package cannot be processed and negotiated. After you click “Submit”, you will be redirected back to this page to download the necessary forms.

 

 

Step 2: Download Bank Short Sale Package (if available)

 

     A. For list of available bank packages included in the file, click here: Bank List

    

     B. If your bank is included on the Bank List, download zip file containing all bank packages: Bank Short Sale Packages

 

(NOTE: This zip file contains 75 bank short sale packages. The file is updated whenever new packages become available)

 

 

Step 3: Download Short Sale Submission Package 

 

Detailed submission instructions are included in each document.

 

Package #1 (without bank): Download and complete these forms with your client if the bank short sale package IS NOT included on the Bank List.

 

Package #2 (with bank): Download and complete these forms with your client if the bank short sale package IS included on the Bank List and submit along with the bank short sale package.*

 

* If you already have a file in process with another negotiator and want to have our attorneys take over the file, complete this package and submit along with your current package according to the instructions included in the file.
